WHAT IS THE YES PROGRAM?


On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, both sides agreed to formulate and actively implement the action plan on strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership, giving priority to people-to-people exchanges. China has established the Young Envoy Scholarship (Yes Program). It aims to experience the diversity of multiculturalism, enhance the ability of cross-cultural communication, and enhance mutual recognition and understanding among young people.



HOW IS THE PROJECT DIFFERENT?

 

Based on the "YES Program", By the Polish Chinese Foundation for Academic Cooperation (PCFWA) and the China Education Association For International Exchange (CEAIE) co-funded a short-term Program jointly organized between the Polish Universities and Chinese Universities

 

Through the Program, young scholars from Poland will participate in a variety of Chinese courses and practical activities during the 10 day trip. Students from all over the world, including Chinese students, will learn and exchange with each other, experience the rich historical and cultural heritage of China, as well as rich natural landscapes and historical sites.

 

 

WHO WILL BEAR THE COST?

 

Expenses related to accommodation, meals, exchange activities and inter-city transportation during their stay in China will be waived, and participants will only have to bear the costs incurred for their own personal consumption.

 

 

DO I NEED A VISA?

 

Since 2024, China has implemented a unilateral visa-free policy for Poland. Holders of ordinary passports can enter China without a visa for exchange visits and transit for no more than 30 days.

 

 

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM?

 

The Program is open to students at the bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels of the Foundation's Partner Universities in Poland, under the age of 30, who must have the following requirements: a strong ability to speak English; With excellent grades.
