This Scholarship Program aims to deepen the collaboration between Poland and China in the field of higher education, providing support for students who excel academically. The program not only encourages and funds students to pursue further studies in Poland or China but also strives to foster closer ties and exchanges between the two countries in education, culture, and academia. Through this scholarship initiative, we hope to build bridges for young scholars in both Poland and China, promoting long-term cooperation and mutual benefits in education and culture.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Outstanding Performance in Cultural and Academic Exchange: Applicants should have a strong passion for the cultures of Poland and China and demonstrate excellent performance in cultural and academic exchange activities. They should actively participate in cultural exchange events between the two countries and have made significant contributions.
Adherence to Laws and School Regulations: Applicants must strictly comply with the constitutions and laws of the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Poland, as well as adhere to the regulations of their respective higher education institutions, demonstrating strong legal awareness and discipline.
Good Character and Integrity: Applicants must possess high moral standards, be honest and trustworthy, and exhibit commendable ethical behavior in their studies and daily lives, earning broad recognition from teachers and peers.
Academic Excellence and Outstanding Comprehensive Qualities: Applicants should have excellent academic performance, ranking among the top in their studies. Additionally, they should demonstrate exceptional comprehensive qualities, including innovative thinking, leadership skills, and teamwork spirit.
Strong Language Proficiency: Applicants must have a high level of proficiency in Polish or English, being able to use these languages fluently in academic and daily settings to ensure a smooth adaptation to the study and living environment in Poland.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The scholarship application process is open annually from March to May, with the results announced in June. For students recommended by Chinese partner universities or jointly applying through Sino-Polish cooperation institutions, the application and announcement dates are subject to the timelines published by the Chinese partner universities.
The selection committee will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of applicants based on their academic performance, overall achievements, and language proficiency. The list of scholarship recipients will be determined according to the students' outstanding qualities. The final results will be decided by the foundation's committee and announced according to the relevant timelines.
